Account Deletion Policy

PoolPal (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and provides all users with the option to delete their accounts and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your PoolPal account, you can:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PoolPal.
- send a request to our support team at 📧 ahmedali@techroute66.com using the same email address linked to your account.
We will process your request within [3 days – usually 7 to 30 days]. Once deletion is complete, you will no longer have access to your account or data.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will permanently delete:
Your account profile information (name, email, phone number).
Pool test results stored in the app.
Maintenance requests linked to your account.
Shopping history and saved items.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, including:
Transaction and payment history (retained for up to [X years] as required by tax or financial regulations).
- Service records if required to resolve disputes.
All retained data will be handled securely and only kept for the legally required retention period.
