Welcome to PoolPal (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PoolPal mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using PoolPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use PoolPal.

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Services Provided

PoolPal offers the following features:

    1. Water Quality Measurement – Tools and recommendations to check pool water condition.

    2. Maintenance Requests – A platform to request services from third-party pool professionals.

    3. Product Purchases – The ability to shop for pool-related products through the App.

PoolPal acts as a platform to connect you with service providers and vendors. We do not directly provide maintenance services or manufacture products.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide (e.g., pool size, water data) is accurate.

  • You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer its systems.

  • You are solely responsible for any decision or action taken based on water quality measurements or recommendations provided by the App.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Maintenance and product sales may be provided by third parties.

  • PoolPal is not responsible for the quality, timing, safety, legality, or pricing of third-party services or products.

  • Any disputes arising from third-party services or transactions must be resolved directly with the third party.

5. Payments and Purchases

  • Purchases made through the App are subject to payment terms displayed at checkout.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • PoolPal is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party vendors.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The PoolPal name, logo, and App content are the intellectual property of PoolPal.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use PoolPal content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • PoolPal is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolPal shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of the App, reliance on water testing results, or third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of PoolPal after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
